The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor originated on August 26, 1817, when three Native American tribes ceded land in Detroit for Rev. John Monteith to found the Catholepistemiad. Successful transfers typically have 30+ distinguished college credits and GPAs above 3.0. International students must exceed the 570 TOEFL pBT or 6.5 IELTS mark. The Rackham Graduate School seeks B or better averages during the last 60 credits of bachelor’s completion. Programs generally prefer minimum GRE scores of 153 verbal and 150 quantitative. Full-Time MBA cohorts present an average 720 GMAT score. Juris Doctor entrants achieve a median 169 LSAT mark. The Medical School accepts a mean 516 MCAT score.

The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor enforces freshman deadlines of November 1st for Early Action and February 1st for Regular Decision.
